Our Customer care team can support you in obtaining your visa through CIBT. You can find out the entry requirements for all countries by checking on the CIBT Visas website. Simply enter which country you hold a passport for, the country you're travelling to and the reason for your trip.

When booking flights, you're asked to confirm each traveller will adhere to all applicable entry requirements for the country of travel. This may also include certificates for vaccination against certain diseases. You can find more about health advice here.

It's important to note that if you can't produce a valid passport, visa or vaccination certificate, where these are required for the country you're travelling to, the airline will refuse you boarding. Your flight booking will still be subject to the fare rules, which could mean no changes are permitted and the fare being non-refundable.
