What are FlexiFares?
FlexiFare is an optional cancellation policy added to an airline fare that gives you flexibility and peace of mind for your business travel flight. With FlexiFare, you can cancel your flight for any reason and get a partial (80%) of the airline fare cost refunded. This is only applicable if the booking is cancelled 2 hours or more prior to departure of the outbound flight (local time).
FlexiFare(s) are only available to flight booking made online via the Click Travel Platform. Bookings made manually by our team following Customer’s instructions (e.g., through our Customer Care service) are not refundable by the FlexiFare Service.
FlexiFare Cancellation Conditions
You can cancel bookings covered by FlexiFare for any reason. To cancel your FlexiFare flight follow the steps to cancel a flight booking via the platform.
Partial cancellations and FlexiFare:
Partial cancellations of flights that are part of the same booking ID (for instance, a return flight when the outward journey has been taken would not be refundable) are not refundable by the FlexiFare Service.
For example: If you booked a return flight from London to Barcelona and want to cancel just the return flight from Barcelona to London, Flexifare rules will not apply if this is under the same Click Travel ID. You must cancel the whole booking ID, 2 hours before the outbound departure, for FlexiFare to apply.
How do the refunds work / How are refunds processed?
A credit note will be issued as per your normal billing process.
Notes about refund procession:
Travel Suppliers shall have no rights and obligations in connection with FlexiFare refunds.
TravelPerk refunds are entirely distinct from ordinary refunds processed by TravelPerk in relation to bookings made without utilising FlexiFare. Such ordinary refunds are processed in accordance with the Travel Suppliers’ terms and conditions.
Important notes about FlexiFares:
Flights must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time to be eligible for a refund. If cancelled less than 2 hours before departure, the full fare will be charged and become non-refundable.
