When collecting rail tickets from the station, the machine at the train station says the tickets are printed already

1 Are you travelling with others? If so, your colleagues and you may share the same ticket reference. Ask your colleagues if they have printed out your tickets already.

2 Did you buy 2 single tickets? If so, we will have sent you 2 confirmations. However, both confirmations share the same Ticket collection reference, so you should enter this into the ticket machine once only. Then, both single tickets print out together.
