Share Click Travel with your team

You'll get the most out of Click Travel if you share it with your team. Once you've added a new team member you can choose to invite them to use Click Travel. If you send them an invitation email, they'll be able to view bookings where they're the traveller and make bookings themselves.

If you invite all your team members to Click Travel you can still maintain control by setting up a travel policy and switching on approvals.

Add a new team member

To add a new team member to Click Travel, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Team Admin > Members or use the Members button at the end of this article.

  2. Select Add a new team member.

  3. Enter the new team member's first and last name.

  4. Select Add.

  5. You can enter the team member's title and phone numbers if you have them.

  6. If you want to invite the new team member to sign in and use Click Travel, select Send invitation.

  7. If your team's settings aren't set to grant access to the Travel product automatically for new users, you'll need to grant this on an individual basis. Go to Team Admin > Products > Travel and select Grant next to the new team member's name.

  8. If your team has a credit account and your team's settings aren't set to grant access to the credit account automatically for new users, you'll need to grant this on an individual basis. Go to Team Admin > Accounts and select Grant next to the new team member's name.

Add multiple team members in bulk

If you need to add multiple new team members, it may be easier to do a bulk import.
