To set up billback options for your team, open Billback policy in Team Admin.
You can set up billback to pay for just the hotel room. You may prefer to leave it at that. That way, the traveller then pays for breakfast or dinner themselves.
Or you can select other charges to be covered by the billback including breakfast, wi-fi, parking and meals. You can also put a limit on the meal supplement allowance.
