How to cancel a car hire booking
If you want to cancel a car hire booking, find the booking in the bookings dashboard.
To cancel the booking, select 'Manage booking', followed by 'Cancel booking'.
Please check your cancellation policy on your car hire before cancelling. This can be found in the 'Booking Conditions' tab on the booking.
If the 'Cancel booking' option is not displayed, please contact Customer Support.
Is there a cancellation fee for my car hire?
You can check the cancellation policy on your Car Hire booking by opening the booking on the platform selecting the 'Booking conditions' tab before cancelling.
