To amend or change your car hire booking follow the below steps.
It's only possible to amend a booking prior to collection of the vehicle. If the vehicle has already been collected, the driver must contact the car rental company's office where the vehicle was picked up to discuss any changes to the booking and agree any additional charges directly with the car rental company.
If you want to change a car hire booking prior to collection of the vehicle, you can request the amendment on Click Travel, however, if there's no cancellation fee, it's recommended that you simply cancel the existing booking and make a brand new booking for the revised requirements.
Select the Manage booking button.
Select the type of change you wish to make.
Enter your new requirements, then select the Next step button.
You'll receive confirmation that we've got your request. Select Close to return to the booking. You can request further amendments by selecting the Manage booking button again.
The Customer Support team will receive your request and contact you to discuss any additional costs before confirming the amendment.
