It's only possible to amend a booking prior to collection of the vehicle. If the vehicle has already been collected, the driver must contact the car rental company's local office to discuss any changes to the booking and make any additional payments directly to the car rental company.

If you want to change a car hire booking prior to collection of the vehicle, you can request the amendment on Click Travel.

Select the Manage booking button.

Select the type of change you wish to make.

Enter your new requirements, then select the Next step button.

You'll receive confirmation that we've got your request. Select Close to return to the booking. You can request further amendments by selecting the Manage booking button again.

The Customer Support team will receive your request and contact you to discuss any additional costs before confirming the amendment.
