A booking confirmation email is automatically sent to both the booker and traveller when a booking is confirmed, unless you have chosen not to receive these emails in email preferences.

You can send a copy of the booking confirmation email to a specific email address at anytime.

  1. View the booking in Click Travel.
  2. Select the down arrow on the button above the booking status to display further actions.
  3. Select Send confirmation.
  4. Enter a valid email address and select Send.
