Go to my.clicktravel.com in your web browser.
Select Forgotten your password?
Enter your work email address.
Select Continue and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
Go to your email Inbox. Check your Junk/Spam folder for the email if it doesn't arrive in your Inbox within a few minutes.
Open the email and select Reset my password.
Enter a new password that complies with the password strength requirements listed on the page.
