1. Go to my.clicktravel.com in your web browser.
  2. Select Forgotten your password? 
  3. Enter your work email address.
  4. Select Continue and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
  5. Go to your email Inbox. Check your Junk/Spam folder for the email if it doesn't arrive in your Inbox within a few minutes.
  6. Open the email and select Reset my password.
  7. Enter a new password that complies with the password strength requirements listed on the page.
  8. Select Submit.
