You can delete scheduled report templates in Reporting > Report Templates be clicking the 'Schedules' label for the relevant template.

In Reporting > Report Templates, click the 'Schedules' label to see the Scheduled reports for that report template.

Use the 'Delete' button to get rid of any schedules you no longer need.
