If the hotel is being paid for by billback, we attach the billback instruction to your confirmation email.
Please make sure the traveller staying at the hotel:
- Takes a copy of the billback instruction with them to the hotel.
- Is familiar with the billback process.
If you are a traveller and you do not have a confirmation
email, please ask your booker to send the confirmation
to you. If this fails to arrive, please ask your booker
to check that confirmation emails to
travellers isn't switched off.
