2. Contact Your Host within 72 hours
Message your host directly through the Airbnb app to explain the issue.
Keep all communication within Airbnb’s message thread for easier verification and support.
3. Request a Refund via Click Travel
If the issue requires a refund, request Click Travel to contact your host through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
Provide details of the problem to Click Travel along with photos or videos.
4. Mediation with Airbnb
If no resolution is reached, Click Travel can escalate the issue and mediate with Airbnb on your behalf.
