1. Document the Issue

  • Take photos or videos as evidence of the problem.

2. Contact Your Host within 72 hours

  • Message your host directly through the Airbnb app to explain the issue.

  • Keep all communication within Airbnb’s message thread for easier verification and support.

3. Request a Refund via Click Travel

  • If the issue requires a refund, request Click Travel to contact your host through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.

  • Provide details of the problem to Click Travel along with photos or videos.

4. Mediation with Airbnb

  • If no resolution is reached, Click Travel can escalate the issue and mediate with Airbnb on your behalf.
