We are aware of Ryanair contacting some customers regarding third party bookings such as those made via Click Travel. Unfortunately it's something they are doing with all travel companies who book this way, and is completely out of our hands. This does not affect bookings in any way, and at this time only seems to be a random selection of bookings that get picked up.
If instructed to by Ryanair, please complete the online facial ID verification, the fee for this is €0.59. Doing this will ensure travellers avoiding having to check in at the airport. This should only occur on bookings made prior to 30/11/2023 as we have now moved to an authorised supplier.
We know that needing to do this is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient for travellers, however it is a process which has been implemented by Ryanair themselves which we have no control over.
