This article contains a number of questions about Click Travel's single sign on (SSO) service. If your question isn't covered, please get in touch with us to find out the answer and we'll add to the list.

Will I have to sign in with my company username and password every time I visit Click Travel, even if I'm already signed in to other services using the same details?

This depends on the settings of your company's SSO provider, but in most cases if you're already signed in to another service within the same browser session, you should be validated without having to provide the password again.

How do I sign in to the Click Travel mobile app using single sign on?

As of March 2021, the Click Travel mobile app does not support signing in with SSO accounts. We are hoping to add this functionality soon. If you need to use the app, but normally access via SSO, please speak to your Account Manager.

Can I sign up using my Google account?

Not at the current time. It's possible to use your Google Account to sign in to an existing Click Travel work email address/password account, but you can't create a new account using your Google credentials today. If this is something you'd value, let us know as it will help us prioritise future work.
