Video 1: Sign up with email address and password, and link to SSO afterwards

If your team has decided to use single sign-on (SSO) for accessing Click Travel, the invitation email you receive will have two options. 'With SSO' allows you to create an account without a Click specific password using your SSO provider, whereas 'with email and password' will allow you to create a Click account with its own password. You can link this account to your SSO later.

When you go to the sign up page, you'll be asked to create a password which meets our security requirements. You'll then be able to sign in immediately and begin booking if you wish to do so. If you want to link this new account to your SSO account so that you have both options for sign in, you'll first need to log out and return to the sign in page.

From here, click 'sign in with SSO'. From here, you may be asked to sign in to your SSO provider, re-enter your password or simply be redirected depending on your organisation's SSO settings. Either way, you'll then be asked to sign in to your Click Travel account once more: sign in with the details you just created and press link account. You'll be signed back into the Click Travel platform, and in future you'll be able to sign in with either option.

Video 2: Sign up with your SSO provider

If your team has decided to use single sign-on (SSO) for accessing Click Travel, the invitation email you receive will have two options. 'With email and password' will allow you to create a Click account with its own password. You can link this account to your SSO later. If you choose 'With SSO', you'll never be asked to create a Click specific password.

From the Click Travel site, you'll be redirected to your SSO provider. You may be asked to sign in to your SSO provider, re-enter your password or simply be redirected depending on your organisation's SSO settings. If you do need to enter your password, do so, press sign-in and your account will then be created.

When your sign up is complete, you'll be redirected back to your Click Travel homepage where you'll be able to sign-in with a single click and continue with Click Travel use.
