Car hire - delivery and collection of vehicles

For customers with access to Enterprise Rent-A-Car bookings on a full-credit basis, delivery and collection of vehicles is available within the UK.

Where delivery and/or collection of a vehicle is selected, there is a charge that's applied by the car hire company for this service. The current charges are £15 each way for deliveries in the UK - please note that these will not be included in the cost being shown on the platform or in booking confirmations as it will be applied by the branch at time of rental in addition to the vehicle rental cost.

If your organisation has special negotiated rates with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, then the delivery/collection charges may differ slightly to those above and will be set out in the agreement between your organisation and the car hire company.

If you have selected delivery of your vehicle, it's important that any cancellations are made at least 2 hours prior to the booked delivery time. Failure to do so could result in the car hire company agent already setting out on the journey to deliver your vehicle, and in this instance, the car hire company will charge an aborted delivery fee of £20.
