For all new requests, please use the portal to reach our meetings, events and groups team, or email mice@clicktravel.com to gain access to portal.

If you have an existing inquiry, please provide your request details & unique CT reference to ensure we can forward the email to the consultant who is looking after this for you.

If you decide to book 9 or more rooms via the platform as individual bookings instead of placing the booking as a group, the hotel are within their rights to enforce group booking policy / restrictions if they identify that a group reservation has been made across smaller bookings.
