Can I start booking straight away?

If you’re a new customer and you’ve just created an account, you can start making bookings straight away. You’ll just need to add a payment method. 

If your organisation already has an account and has invited you to use Click Travel, you should be able to access the preferred method of payment to make your bookings. If you have any issues with this, get in touch with one of our agents using the chat in the bottom right of your screen. 

Can I make a group booking?

Group bookings for 9 or more people can be made by our offline team, direct with the supplier. To do this, simply give the offline team a ring on 0121 368 1666 with details of your group travel plans.

Can I book one way or multi city flights with Click Travel?

Of course! Click Travel allows you to search for return, one way or multi city flights from a wide range of airlines, as well as booking extras such as business and first class seats, baggage options and fully flexible fares. 

Can I still collect loyalty points from travel suppliers?

Many of our suppliers offer loyalty schemes – you can add airline, hotel and car loyalty numbers to your Click Account. Simply add the loyalty scheme to Your Account on your Click Travel dashboard.

To help facilitate the addition of hotel loyalty schemes to your hotel booking, we advise using the Travelport booking channel (when possible).

Please note that some hotels may not accept loyalty cards from Booking.com and other third party reservations.
