Hotel billback problems

We set up the billback arrangement with the hotel in advance of your arrival. However, we know that hotels sometimes overlook the billback instruction. For example:

  • The hotel loses the paperwork, or

  • The hotel forgets to put notes on the booking, or

  • Sometimes, the person on check out just doesn't know what they are doing.

For this reason we provide two support mechanisms for hotel billback:

We attach a copy of the billback instruction to your confirmation email 

We advise travellers to take a copy of the billback instruction with them to the hotel. Then, if the hotel claims to have no knowledge of the billback instruction, you can present them with your own copy.
