Company favourites let you flag hotels your organisation prefers to book — for example, properties with a good track record or strong traveller feedback. Once a hotel is marked as a favourite, anyone booking for your company can quickly see that it’s a company favourite.
How to mark a hotel as a company favourite
If you have permission, go to Hotels in the left-hand menu and search for your destination and dates as normal.
On the results page, each hotel card has a heart icon in the top corner of its image.
Click the heart icon on any hotel you want to save as a company favourite. The icon fills in red to confirm it's been added.
You can also add a favourite from a hotel's own page:
Open a hotel from the results list.
Click Add as company favourite in the top-right corner of the page.
The button updates to Remove as company favourite, confirming the hotel has been saved.
Finding your company favourites later
Once you've saved some favourites, you can bring them to the top of your search results:
In the Filter by panel on the results page, tick Only show company favourite hotels under the Company favourites section to show only your saved hotels.
Alternatively, use the Sorted by distance dropdown above the results and choose Sort by company favourites to bring favourited hotels to the top without filtering anything else out.
Removing a hotel as a company favourite
Open the hotel's page, or find it in your results (favourited hotels show a filled red heart).
Click the heart icon on the results card, or Remove as company favourite on the hotel's page.
The icon and button return to their unmarked state.
Note: Company favourites are shared across your organisation — any hotel you mark (or unmark) will be visible to your colleagues too, so it's worth reserving this for properties genuinely worth recommending company-wide.
