How It Works
Log in to Click Travel using your usual SSO details.
On the homepage, select the Taxi tile.
You’ll be securely redirected to Jyrney, where you can book and manage your taxi journeys.
All taxi bookings made through this route will automatically be invoiced to your company via Click Travel — no need to submit separate expenses or pay the driver.

The Jyrney taxi service is delivered through Jyrney’s own platform and is Not managed by Click Travel. If you need help with a taxi booking, their dedicated customer support team is available 24/7 by Phone and 08:30-17:30 Mon to Fri by Email.

My taxi is late. What should I do?
If your taxi is running late, Jyrney will automatically reassign your booking to another nearby driver and advise you of the new tracking link, You don’t need to do anything.
You can also use your tracking link or the driver’s contact details if you’d like to speak to the driver directly.
How do I cancel my Jyrney booking?
To cancel your booking:
Log into Jyrney through the Click platform
Go to Bookings
Under the Manage tab, click Cancel (X) on your booking
Click Cancel
How do I change my Jyrney booking?
To make changes to a booking:
Log into Jyrney through the Click platform
Go to Bookings
Select the booking you would like to change
Click View/Edit Booking
Select Edit Booking
Amend any of the following- Date and Time/Vehicle Type/Additional Information/Pick Up and Drop off Locations/Flight Numbers/Passenger Name or Phone Number
I can’t log into Jyrney. What should I do?
If you are redirected to Jyrney and then experience an issue, please contact the Jyrney support team directly, as the issue will be with their platform.
