1. When HBST Is Available

Monday to Saturday: Until 4:00 AM
Sunday: Until 2:00 AM
The HBST team aims to respond immediately , though times may vary depending on workload.
2. Requesting a Booking
Email Address: Send booking requests only to: hbst@travelodge.co.uk
Important: Requests must come from one of the following approved email addresses:
3. What to Include in Your Email
Provide the following details (as complete as possible):
Guest Name
Email Address
Room Type
Occupancy
If unknown: You may book under one name for all guests.
Note: HBST can only process 1-night bookings.
4. Payment Process
Payment is made using a Virtual Credit Card (VCC).
If the booking is for a group then create 1 platform ID only, this is because it is not possible to access WEX OOH and sending multiple emails with credit card numbers is not time efficient.
Send VCC details in 2 separate emails:
Email 1: First 12 digits of the VCC
Email 2: Last 4 digits and the expiry date
The card will be charged the following day.
5. Receiving Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation from HBST once the booking is complete.
It will typically include:
Guest Name: ****
Confirmation Number: 123456789
Guests: 1 Adult
Hotel: Travelodge London
Room Rate: £209
Extras: Pet charge @ £20, Breakfast @ £10.75
Multiple Rooms: If more than one room is booked, the confirmation will list each individual guest name and confirmation number, if available.
