Download doesn't work

When you ask Click Travel to download a file (e.g. report) to your computer, nothing happens. Try adjusting your browser's pop-up settings.

Are you trying to download a file from Click Travel to your computer? And is nothing happening? (Files you can download include reports, members export, Calendar, sales and purchase ledger batches etc.)

This problem is nearly always caused by your browser's pop-up blocker. To make matters worse, some browsers don't make it very obvious that they are blocking a pop-up.

For example, Chrome adds this tiny icon to the address bar: 

Also, your browser may or may not display an obvious allow this website to open pop-ups option. 

To get round this problem, please adjust your browser's pop-up settings as follows: Add apps.travel.cloud to a list of allowed websites.
