If this is your first time booking an Airbnb through Click Travel, follow these steps before sending your request:
✅ 1. Ensure the Traveller Has an Airbnb Account
At least one traveller must have an Airbnb account.
If none of the travellers have an account, they need to create one at Airbnb.com before booking.
✅ 2. Verify the Airbnb Account
The traveller's Airbnb account must be verified to avoid booking issues.

✅ 3. Authorise Click Travel to Book for You
To allow Click Travel to book on your behalf:

On the Booking permissions page, Click Add a booker and then enter the email support@clicktravel.com
Click Send request.
Click Travel will handle the rest!

Airbnb FAQ's
Are all Airbnb properties available through Click Travel?
Yes! All Airbnb listings remain available for booking, with the only restrictions being those set by company policies.
Can I book long term stays with Airbnb?
Airbnb allows long-term stays through Click Travel, and you can book stays over 28 days. This is a major advantage if you are looking to support remote work, relocations, or extended business trips.
Are there any limitations on the length of stay when booking through Airbnb?
Any restrictions depend on local laws, jurisdiction regulations, and country-specific policies. We recommend checking the conditions of each listing, as some hosts or locations may have specific limitations on extended stays.
How will the traveller receive the check-in instructions?
The check-in details are provided by the host directly to the traveller through Airbnb messages. This process is handled between the host and the traveller.
To ensure a smooth check-in, customers must provide our Customer Care team with the main traveller’s email linked to their Airbnb account, so they can manage the check-in process efficiently.
A travel booker can also book an extra guest initially and join the booking via Airbnb using their own profile.
What happens if a host asks you to sign a contract?
Outline any agreements between you and your host on the
Airbnb messaging platform. You should be made aware of this requirement before you book. The Host must prominently disclose the actual terms in their listing description.
Never sign any agreement outside of the Airbnb messaging service.
Who provides customer support for Airbnb bookings?
Click Travel handles bookings, modifications, and cancellations and provides first-line support.

Do all travellers need to be registered on Click Travel?
If the request is for more than 1 guest, as long as the main traveller is registered on the Click Travel platform and on Airbnb then we can proceed with the booking.
Are name changes permitted on Airbnb?
No, it's not possible to change names on Airbnb bookings and transfer it to another traveller. You need to cancel the booking and create a new booking for the new traveller.
Are Deposits Required for Airbnb?
Some Hosts pay for an upgraded software from Airbnb which enables them to request a deposit alongside the additional fees such as cleaning. These deposits are collected as part of the total payment so can be covered by Click Travel. Hosts are not permitted to send links to external sites or ask for a deposit in the message thread. We will report any hosts that try to do this as they are in breach of Airbnb policy.
What do I do if I’m having trouble creating or verifying my Airbnb account?
Airbnb have an extensive helpcentre here , please refer to this or contact them directly for any help with your account as they own and manage their website and your account within the site.
How do Airbnb handle Damage's and Accidents?
Unfortunately Click Travel do not have access to the resolution center. Only the guest and host have access. Airbnb are working on this from a product perspective and hope to have some sort of workaround.If the host would like to collect payment from Click Travel, we have two options:
The host can add on the cost of the damages by submitting a price alteration to the reservation.
The host can send the request to the guest, who can pay directly
Can Click Travel view personal details on my profile?
No, Click Travel can only view your profile image on Airbnb and the messages sent in the Airbnb message thread. Likewise the guest can view any messages sent from Click travel to the host
Airbnb refunds
When you cancel a reservation on Airbnb, please note that refunds are not processed immediately. Depending on various factors, such as the cancellation date, the type of cancellation policy attached to your booking, processing times, and other considerations, it may take up to two months for your refund to be completed. We recommend reviewing your booking details and the host's cancellation policy in advance to understand what to expect regarding your refund. Thank you for your patience while we work to process your request as quickly as possible.
